I’ll explore your goals and concerns, when your symptoms began, and how they’ve progressed over time. We’ll also review your personal and family health history, along with each of your body systems, to begin connecting the dots and uncovering the root causes behind your current presentation. This session is focussed on understanding your health in detail. Following the consult, I’ll complete a thorough assessment and create your personalised treatment plan. You’ll receive this via email, along with any recommended pathology or functional testing requests to gather further insights into your case. Your plan may include tailored nutrition and lifestyle guidance, herbal medicine, topical treatments, nutritional supplements, or flower essences, depending on your unique needs.
