Green Smoothie for Glowing Skin


Green Smoothie:

1/4 cucumber

1-2 handfuls kale leaves

1/4 pear

1/2 green apple

1/2 lemon (or juice of half lemon/lime)

1 handful pineapple chunks

Small piece ginger root

Ground cinnamon

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flaxseeds

Coconut water and aloe vera water


Optional Extras:

Protein powder (eg. Vital Protein)

Spirulina or other green superfood powders

Berries eg. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries

Probiotics

Coconut oil
